Our custom press on orders require 1-2 weeks of creation time + shipping time. You will receive an initial consultation with NOTED NAILS via email within 24-48 hours of your order. In this consultation, we will ask for inspiration photos, requested colors, nail length and shape, etc., and then share a computer generated mockup of your custom nail set with you. Once you confirm that you are satisfied with the mockup and have shared your exact nail sizes with us, we will begin creating your one-of-a-kind set.

Please note: The quicker you confirm the mockup and send in your sizes, the quicker we will be able to process your custom order!

The purchase of our Sizing Kit is not required before ordering a NOTED NAIL set. We do require that you use our Sizing Guide before purchasing your nail sets to ensure correct sizing of each hand-painted nail. Our $8 Sizing Kit allows for the most accurate sizing, as we send you samples of the actual press-on nails that we use to create our sets to determine your sizes.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on any NOTED NAILS purchase due to sizing errors.

We recommend purchasing our $8 Sizing Kit prior to each NOTED NAIL set purchase, as this will ensure you receive the best size for each of your nails. You may also refer to our Sizing Guides as well. If your nail is still in between press on sizes, so you may file the sides of the press on nail to fit properly with the file that is included in your NOTED NAILS kit.

Every NOTED NAILS order comes with the following:

10 NOTED NAILS press on nails, storage container, nail file, nail buffer, nail glue, press on sticky tabs, cuticle stick, and 2 alcohol wipes.

All orders also include our 9 week Daily Affirmation Challenge card and motivational stickers that you can place anywhere you want a little positive reminder throughout your day - thanks to our partnership with @thedailymetamorphosis

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any NOTED NAILS product. All sales are final.

Please keep in mind that everyone's nail retention is different so there is no way to guarantee how long any press ons will last on your nails. With proper Nail Application and care, your NOTED NAILS press-ons may last from 1-4 weeks. With proper Removal and storage, you may be able to reuse each press on set up to 4 times.

Most NOTED NAILS orders will take 3-7 business days to deliver within the US, once we have dropped off at the carrier. International orders will take longer for delivery and we are not able to give an estimated time of delivery for these orders.

We are a USA based company, however, we do offer international shipping to most countries for an elevated fee and extended shipping times.
